Individual Coaching is a one-on-one personal training session with workouts designed based on your goals, mobility challenges and/or fitness level. I come to your home (or a mutually agreed upon meeting place). These sessions are 50 minutes and you are given the opportunity to talk about your struggles, needs and goals. This could include, but is not limited to nutrition and other self-care options. Individual coaching is $60/session, minimum 6 sessions, which are prepaid prior to the first session. $70/session (6 session minimum) for any locations more than 5 miles from Richmond. I also offer individual coaching via Skype, 6 session minimum at $45/session.
For those who would like partner or “buddy” training, I also offer these sessions to two people who would like to work out together. These sessions are $45/session, per person (6 session minimum). Both parties must be available to work out at the same time.
There is a 24-hour cancellation requirement (sessions not cancelled within 24 hours are deducted from total sessions). There are NO REFUNDS.
Please Note: Effective January 1, 2019, all rates will increase by $5/session.
