My coaching program includes an amazing nutrition plan, fitness program and support system, designed to get you fit and healthy!

Fitness Training

I offer personal training in person and via Skype. I am a personal trainer who makes house calls, which means I come to you. All you need is a small space in your home (enough room to have a mat and a space to work). I prefer to work with women 40 years or older. In fact, my oldest client is 83 years old (so, no excuses!). I provide workouts based on your activity, mobility and fitness levels.

Mind, Body, Spirit

I approach health holistically. In other words, it isn’t about just your physical health, but it’s also about your mental/emotional well-being as well as your spiritual health. They are all connected. You will find that once you begin an exercise regimen, you may also want to incorporate journaling and/or meditation. In fact, I recommend it, because it just makes for an overall healthier experience.

Clean Eating

People are always talking about “clean eating”. What exactly is clean eating? It is eating whole, non-processed foods. No cans, no packages (unless it is fresh frozen or some grains). Fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats/fish/poultry and no added sugars, constitute eating clean. I will provide tips, recipes, etc. here on the site as well as with personal training services.
