The Program

My coaching program includes an amazing nutrition plan, fitness program and support system, designed to get you fit and healthy!

Fitness Training

I offer virtual personal training via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. All you need is a small space in your home (enough room to have a mat and a space to work). I prefer to work with women 40 years or older. In fact, my oldest client is 75 years old (so, no excuses!). I provide workouts based on your activity, mobility and fitness levels. Focus is on strength, flexibility and balance.

Mind, Body, Spirit

I approach health holistically. In other words, it isn’t about just your physical health, but it’s also about your mental/emotional well-being as well as your spiritual health. They are all connected. You will find that once you begin an exercise regimen, you may also want to incorporate journaling and/or meditation. In fact, I recommend it, because it just makes for an overall healthier experience.
