Individual Coaching is a one-on-one virtual personal training session with workouts designed based on your goals, mobility challenges and/or fitness level. These sessions are done via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. They are 50 minute sessions and you are given the opportunity to talk about your struggles, needs and goals. This could include, but is not limited to nutrition and other self-care options. Individual coaching $50/session (minimum 6 sessions). For those who prefer to work with me twice a week, I would recommend purchasing 7 sessions, which includes a bonus session.
There is a 24-hour cancellation requirement (sessions not cancelled within 24 hours are deducted from total sessions). There are NO REFUNDS.
